Mustang Depot is not affiliated with Ford Motor Company. All products herein are reproductions and not affiliated directly with Ford unless noted. All Ford logo related products are officially licensed by Ford through the individual manufacturer.
Mustang Depot reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. All sales are final. Mustang Depot does not provide any warranties either expressed or implied. All applicable warranties are provided by the manufacturer and is strictly between the purchaser and the manufacturer. Your access to and use of Mustang Depot, including any purchase made using our web site is exclusively governed by these terms and conditions and any others contained on this web site (collectively, “Terms and Conditions”), as may be supplemented by applicable law. By accessing, using or purchasing products from Mustang Depot, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice. We will make changes by modifying our web sites. Your continued access to or use of the modified web sites conclusively demonstrates your acceptance of those changes prospectively. Mustang Depot reserves the right to, at any time, discontinue products, change product specifications, prices, designs, features, models or equipment without incurring obligation.
No other provisions or changes are binding upon us unless reduced to writing and signed by an authorized Mustang Depot representative.
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions or any application thereof is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed sever able and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions and the application of that provision in other situations shall not be affected.
All pictures herein are for representation purposes only. Although we do our best to provide as clear and accurate pictures as possible, the picture may be of a product similar to the actual one (ie different year, etc) Please reference the picture name since it usually is the same as the part number it corresponds to.
Some of the products we sell are for racing and off-road vehicle only, lighting products are solely as auxiliary lighting. Please check with your local DMV or vehicle department for regulations and information. Mustang Depot is not responsible for any legal issues regarding any of the products purchased from this site. For your own concern, please make sure of your orders and the legality of the product before making any purchases.
We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to refuse or cancel any order.
We now accept international credit cards, our international sales division can assist your export needs. Please go here for instructions.
Mustang Depot can ship to addresses other than the address in which your credit card is billed to (i.e. where your statement is received). However this is subject to approval from our risk department. We send all product over $250 signature required, so someone has to be present to sign for the packages in these cases. We will attempt to contact you if the alternate address is declined. If you do not return contact within 48 hours, the item will revert to the billing address provided on your order. We also accept wire transfers, PayPal (to address on file), echeck, cashier’s check or money order. Our policies are in place to reduce losses associated with fraudulent activities. Mustang Depot will process all orders received the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is received. We do not guarantee stock. If the item is currently available, the product will ship the day following the order date, with respect to the type of delivery service requested by the customer. (For example; If you order something on Monday selecting the Next Day Air Option, if the product is available, your order will be processed and shipped on Tuesday and you should receive it by Wednesday) This does not include weekends and holidays. We are not liable for shipping charges, for items that are not currently in-stock. We will ship the item the manner in which it was ordered (i.e. Next Day, 2nd Day) whenever the product is or becomes available… There are no refunds given for shipping charges, truck freight, box charges, over weight charges, oversize charges or wire transfers (in-store credit only)! We will do our best to fill orders that we don’t have currently in stock. We have a network of affiliates which allows us the ability to pursue the product from other sources. However, it is not too uncommon for nationwide backorders to be in effect due to manufacturer hold-ups. You are responsible for non-standard shipping charges such as special handling surcharges and oversize fees (where indicated), Truck Freight fees, oversize fees, expedited shipping, hazardous materials charges, etc. Offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
The term used herein as “Free Shipping” only applies to “Ship To” addresses within the continental USA only. When a product is predetermined as “Free Shipping,” other shipping options including 3 Day, 2nd or Next Day Air, may not be accepted. The reason is that the automated shipping calculations through UPS will not be accurate and will undercharge for these types of shipping options.
Shipping charges are, in all cases, the complete responsibility of the customer and Mustang Depot will not be liable in any case for shipping charges incurred by the customer to transport the merchandise they’ve purchased. This includes both from the origin to the customer and from the customer to the origin. If you refuse a package, you are liable for shipping charges both ways. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee when requesting a refund. Full product credits are offered for exchanges, or for an in-store credit for a future purchase. Our free shipping policy has an inherent cost and this is how we recoup some of those costs.
Upon receipt of your product/packages, you have 72 hours to inspect your packages for accuracy. Any variations from your order should be noted, and Mustang Depot should be contacted immediately if things do not match. After that time, it is perceived that you have received your order as ordered, without omission of any product.
Alternate Address Requests: Alternate address requests are not guaranteed when using credit cards, and are not accepted at all using PayPal. While the option does exist, if you do not have previous history with our company, the order will be sent through a risk screening process. The process can take several days to complete and still the request may be denied. If accepted, the product will ship to the alternate address as requested. In the case that it is denied, we will attempt to contact you via email stating the ‘alternate address request’ has been denied. You will have approximately 24hrs to confirm you are going with one of the alternate payment options, or it will automatically ship to the billing address proviced. The option to wire transfer the funds directly to our account exists to continue to the requested alternate address. This option will be provided in the notification email mentioned above.
Damage claim losses are not Mustang Depot’s responsibility. All products are shipped FOB from the origin. Subjective assessments made about the nature or origin of the damage by the customer can hinder the claim process and the reimbursement of your monies. Mustang Depot pre-inspects all products for damages prior to shipping. If you receive a package that has been damaged, please notify the driver prior to him leaving and refuse it “due to damage.” This will speed up the damage claim process and in most cases, they will not even accept the claim without the damage notation from the driver. We insure the products full value and it is the responsibility of the carrier to reimburse losses due to damage in transit. If you sign for the package without checking the contents, the liability for the product becomes yours. In other words, reimbursement is between you and the freight company because you took ownership of the product by signing. Again, it’s best to open the package in front of the driver and refuse it, if it is damaged. If they drop it off without a signature, you have 72 hours to contact us to assist you in the damage claim process. Please keep the product in the original condition in which you receive it, for investigation by the freight company responsible. This includes the item itself and all packaging materials. Mustang Depot does not allow customers to use their own carrier.
Fiberglass body parts do not fit the same as stamped steel parts. While they can be finished to show quality, fiberglass body parts are built closer to race car standards than show car standards. Although fiberglass parts are easy to work with, they can require substantial work to conform to the varying early unibody Mustangs. This means every car is slightly different. We have come to this conclusion after many years of installing and selling fiberglass body parts from many different manufacturers. Within 60 days of receipt, you must check fit before sanding or painting your new fiberglass pieces. If fiberglass parts have been sanded or painted they can no longer be sold as new for either race or show purposes. For this reason, the manufacturer will not warranty such parts and cannot be accepted for a return. Our policy for returning fiberglass parts is subject to a 15% restocking fee. In the event you feel the product is defective, our policy requires that you send the product back to us fully insured, heavily packaged to avoid damages and freight prepaid. A full investigation by Mustang Depot and the manufacturer will ensue. This includes fitting the item on the respective car, matching the part to the mold, and matching it with other items produced from the same mold. If it is determined that the product is not defective and is in reasonable constraints for finishing, the product will be returned at the customers expense. If it is deemed that the product is defective, a replacement will be sent at no cost and the return freight charges incurred by the customer will be refunded in the form of an in-store credit. All product that leaves Mustang Depot is inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, heavily packaged, and is insured for the value of the product. Noted on the package are clear neon stickers warning you to inspect the product in the presence of the carrier/driver. In the event damages occur, have the driver notate the damage on the documentation before signing. If the package was left at your door, you must notify the carrier immediately and file a damage claim. Do not return the product to Mustang Depot it is our policy to refuse items without a Return Authorization number. Retain all the packaging so the carrier can inspect the product. In most cases, small repairs can be made at a reasonable cost. Get an estimate, and submit the claim. Full loss claims are scrutinized much heavier. Please note: For fiberglass hoods, removal of stock hood springs and use of a prop rod and hood pins are highly recommended. For trunks, removal of springs or tension rods is highly suggested. Fiberglass has about a 6-8 week cure time when it comes out of the molds. So it’s important to remove the parts from it’s packaging upon receipt. Do not place anything on top of the part during storage. The part will attempt to take the shape of whatever it’s stored on top of as well. Especially in warmer climates. The best place to store the part is on the car in it’s intended position. These parts are intended for off-road use only.

We are not responsible for wheel backspacing and fitment. There are many modifications that can change the fitment of rims including brake conversions, different rear ends, Mustang II conversions, tire selection, etc. Please use these 1964-1973 Mustang Wheel Charts to see what combinations other people have tried. Once tires are mounted on the rims, it deems them non-returnable. If there are scratches where the lug nuts contact the rim, it also deems them non-returnable. If the rims are noted as Special Order, they are non-returnable. You can check fitment without mounting the tires and without bolting them on the car. If you decide not to keep rims that are not special order within 60 days of receipt, and they are in the same unused, un-mounted condition as received, and the original packaging present, the normal return policy will apply.
Special Order Items – Some items listed in this catalog are made to order by the manufacturer. These special order items require pre-payment by debit card, credit card, or wire transfer funds and are non-returnable.
Back Orders – Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back-order unless you indicate that a refund should be made. All shipping charges on regular domestic orders are charged on the initial order, so back orders are shipped at no additional charge. Back ordered items usually are shipped within 30 days, however, availability can change and Mustang Depot reserves the right to cancel any back order and issue a refund.
Refused Shipments – The customer is responsible for freight both ways on any shipment for which delivery is refused
Sale Items – At no time are refunds given on items that may go on sale after purchase.
Sales Taxes – Generally to Nevada Residents at the current rate in Clark County. This is automatic on our site. However, under certain Special Order shipments to which we drop ship from a California Wholesaler/Factory/Warehouse, to a California customer, sales taxes are applicable. This is a new Regulation 1706 put forth by the State of California effective January 1, 2008. You will be notified in this event prior to shipping to pay the applicable sales taxes for that shipment.
Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability
Mustang Depot expressly disclaims, and the purchaser expressly assumes, responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages arising from any and all product failure, sold through Mustang Depot. Defective product liability is limited to the replacement/purchase price of the product and is provided by the manufacturer of the goods..
